Something is missing from my order?

If you ordered more than one product, it’s very likely that they will arrive separately as our products are made by various partners. You should receive tracking for each parcel as they are despatched, so please check the tracking on your missing item.

What if my order contains defective or damaged products?

For missing or incorrectly delivered items please contact us at office@myeasydealz.com. Please provide your transaction reference number (order number) and send us a picrture of your received product (the size of the image file should be less than 1 MB).
